Cucumber Lime Dressing - any phase 1 large cucumber 1 med yellow bell pepper 1 small (or 1 c chopped) onion 4 tbls lime juice 2 tbls granulated garlic 1 tsp sea salt 4 tbls mustard 2 tbls apple cider vinegar 35 drops of liquid stevia 4-5 tsp nutritional yeast - Opt Put all in blender and blend until smooth. Pour in bottle and keep refrigerated, last 1- 2 weeks.
