One way I find helps me unwind, mentally and physically to prepare me for sleep if I can feel a late-night coming on, is some light and playful yoga. When I want to go to bed, I roll out my mat, light some incense, some candles and get to work on inversions, heart openers and back bends which seem to tire me out.
