Unaccustomed Earth. Jhumpa Lahiri writes about the painful beauty of being part of a family, finding who you are, and dealing with the losses in every day. Although her books never disappoint I think her best works are the collections of short stories like this one.
Another great collection written by Jhumpa Lahiri. I find her short stories to be stronger than her first novel, The Namesake.
