Paleo Hummus recipe made with zucchini. I did not have cumin in my kitchen so I substituted it for a bit of coriander, tumeric and chili powder. I also added a bit of sriracha sauce. Pretty good and more healthy than regular chickpea hummus.-Summer
Summer Peach Pizza and Balsamic Drizzle...This was amazing! Better than I thought it would be and I will definetly be making this again in the future! For pizza crust I used "Jiffy" the 6.5 oz box for 50 cents. I added a bit of flour to the dough and it made a 10 inch pizza. I served it with fried mushrooms and iced tea.-Summer
Lemon Bars! Yummy! These are almost gone and I made them earlier today! I added powdered sugar and pure sugar to the top. Cool these in the fridge for a few hours before serving and they will be just right!-Summer
General Tso's Chicken Recipe. My boyfriend and I both love this dish. I quadrupled the sauce recipe. Add a bit more sugar to taste if you would like and a lot of green onions & peppers! You don't need a wok but if you have one it might help :) -Summer
Marinate thick sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for about 7 min. Sauté spinach and garlic with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Put spinach on top of tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese of your choice. Broil 'till cheese is golden! -Summer
Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers With Avocado and Raw Onions. This is pretty good definetly should have used more lemon pepper and more spices. We didn't have maple syrup on hand so we used Aunt Jemimas Pancake Syrup, sugar, and a dab of honey. Since we are on a budget we used crumbled up Saltines instead of breadcrumbs.-Summer
