lol. THERE’S SO MUCH SPINACH in this even Popeye can’t hate. Just one cup of spinach is over 300% of your daily recommended Vitamin A. Worried about acne? Wrinkles? Spinach to the rescue.  SPINACH COOLER 2 handfuls of spinach (2 cups) 2 frozen bananas 1 cup chopped and skinned cucumber 4 med chunks of pineapple 1 cup coconut/tap water 1/4 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon flax oil (optional) 6-8 mint leaves (optional) yields 20 ounces  Toss in blender and zap it.
