Isabelle of Portugal: Isabel de Aviz, Infanta de Portugal was born on 4 October 1503 at Lisbon, Portugal. She was the daughter of Manuel I de Aviz, Rei de Portugal and Maria de Castilla y Aragón, Infanta de Castilla.She married Karl V von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor, son of Felipe I von Habsburg, Rey de Castilla and Juana, Reina Juana de Castilla, on 11 March 1526 at Seville, Spain. She died on 1 May 1539 at age 35 at Toledo, Spain.

Elisabeth of France, by Villandrando. Isabel de Borbon, born Elisabeth to Henry IV & Marie de Medicis, was the wife of Philip IV of Spain. Elisabeth was a renowned beauty and a patroness of arts and theatre in Spain. Her son Carlos Balthasar died shortly after his 16th birthday prompting Philip to remarry due to Elisabeth's untimely death. Her daugther Marie-Therese would marry Louis XIV and her great-grandson would eventually take the throne of Spain.

Philip II - The son of Emperor Charles V, Philip ruled the vast Spanish empire, including most of the New World. Philip II extensively employed the Inquisition during his reign. He was briefly married to Mary Tudor of England, followed by three other marriages. Philip used his armada against England in 1588. He left his empire divided, demoralized, and depressed. Restorers' Comment: All clothing reworked, new shoes made, new hair replaced the original.
