Chicken... 1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can water (an extra can optional for moister rice) Chicken breasts or tenders In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of soup and can of water. Arrange the raw chicken on top of the rice mixture, and cover and seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and "Don't Peek!"

I know I already pinned this but I want it at the top so I remember next time I go shopping. The Best Homemade Ranch Recipe: BYU Creamery ****MY TAKE: The mix makes a lot, then when you actually use the mix it only uses 2 Tbls to make 1-1/2 quarts! So cheap and totally yummy! Definitely a keeper!

Yes!!! It is true. This taste exactly like Chili's queso dip!I love going to Chilis and getting there queso and your going to laugh when you know exactly what is in it and how simple it is. I took me 5 minutes to make and was perfect for an appetizer or for a Mexican fiesta! Very simple and not very pricey either. The only thing that would make it better would be an actual skillet to but it in to stay extra hot or Chili's awesome thin hot chips. This would be great to keep in a smaller crock pot
