Pull your hair into a tight pony tail until it falls out. Don't quit until your mascaras running. & until every inch of you is covered in sweat & you smell so bad you have to take a shower ASAP.
The Scientific 7-Minute Workout -- do each exercise for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest in between. Rinse, repeat!
