Gluten Free & Low Carb Zucchini Lasagna // This is a very good recipe. However, I would not grill the zucchini first. It made the zucchini rubbery. Its VERY delicious but next time I will just use fresh zucchini.
1 can full fat coconut milk 1 cup almond milk 3 TBSP cocoa (or carob) 1 tsp vanilla tsp liquid stevia OR tablespoons maple syrup, agave, etc… Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for several hours before enjoying.
