Good Morning: Detox Smoothie. 3/4 c water 2 green tea bags 2 c fresh or frozen blueberries 3 ice cubes 12 oz fat-free vanilla yogurt 2 Tbsp whole dry-roasted, unsalted almonds (about 20) 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed Time: 10 minutes + chilling time Servings: 2 (4 cups total) BRING water to a boil and pour on tea bags steep 4 minutes. Chill tea overnight. If using fresh blueberries, place in freezer overnight. PLACE tea, blueberries, ice, yogurt, almonds, and flaxseed in blender until smooth

Raise your arms towards your toes as you raise your legs to a 45- to 90-degree angle, keeping your shoulders off the floor (above). You should bring your arms way up over your belly button so your body looks just like a jack knife. Then return back to the floor or bench with your legs and arms stretched out. Do 40 reps.
