'Unravel_Rois' at The National Gallery of Ireland September 19th, 2014. This is a collaboration between myself, Olwen Fouéré and Siobhan Dempsey. The project traces the relationship between the individual and peripheral landscapes. Here at the NGI, the work makes a connection to representations of a 'west' found in the NGI collection. The work counteracts an established view and emphasises the fundamental connection we have with place and memory through the mediative action of unravelling.
