My mother's peasant bread! If forced, I had to pick one and only one recipe to share with you that this — my mother’s peasant bread — would be it, I am serious. No knead, baked in pyrex bowls--started at 4pm, on the dinner table at 7pm!
Tried and Liked: Homemade Apple Cinnamon Bread - amazingly good!!! Instead of butter I used half applesauce & half coconut oil (but half applesauce, half butter would be yum too). Used only cup brown sugar in topping and only cup brown sugar in bread.
