Spicy Roast Chicken:    1 whole butterflied chicken  3 Cloves of garlic  3 Spicy green chillies  Fresh rosemary and thyme  White wine vinegar  Olive oil  1 Lemon  Salt and black pepper    Blend ingredients together to make a paste. Rub the paste over the chicken and let it marinate for one day in the fridge. Cook it in a pre- heated oven for about an hour at 200 ºC.
