It's called an "Add-A-Sphere" and start at around $70, but you could create a unique one for nothing out of recycled materials. If you need inspiration for what you could use - an old glass vase, fish tank, fish bowl, glass jar - basically anything that is water/air tight (and it doesn't have to be spherical). Then either make some "legs" or support it on rocks or old timber so the fish can swim in and out.
