Tandoori Aloo Paratha- Indian tandoori flat bread stuffed with mashed potatoes For those of you unfamiliar with this term, tandoor is actually a type of oven that makes use of coal or wooden fire for cooking the elements at extremely high temperatures. And since I don’t have one, I’m gonna make use of a pressure cooker for the same. Though it won’t give that real smoky earthy flavor to it, it’s gonna cook the ingredients up pretty much the same! For the perfect lazy afternoon, Kadhi Pakora- a punjabi curry made with buttermilk and gram flour. Ingredients- Buttermilk- 2 cups Gram Flour- 1/2 cup Onions(chopped)- 1 Potato(sliced)- 1 Salt- as per taste Red Chili powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida- 2-3 pinch Oil- for frying  Complete recipe in the link:
