Smothered Pork Chops from FoodNetwork.com- Actually really good. My hubs doesn't care for porkchops and liked these. I seasoned my porkchops first before putting them in the flour. Next time I will probably "smother" them for 30 miins-1hr so that they are more of the tender fall off the bone. This time I did for about 15 mins and they were still good.
