A most beautiful dish of scallop crudo (plum dashi, umeboshi, rice tuile) by my #spainEats traveling companion Robert Hojilla. Ate nearly the whole menu a few weeks back and managed to shoot more of his beautiful dishes on the blog.
Not a dish, but man, Colette's space is gorgeous. Haven't had any of their dinner/lunch menu yet, but DO EAT their croissant from the bakery. Really really really good. If they keep up the quality on that, I'd pretty much declare that the best in the city.
