We are NOT Food Nazi's but we DO make healthy choices when we eat. I have Crohn's so NOTHING in our house is from a bag, box, or jar. I home cook everything and currently am going to school with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) to get a Certification as a Nutrition Specialist! REMEMBER food is 70% of your fitness results!
