Even though he's known better for a while, he still hadn't given up these completely unnecessary pieces of poisonous, perfumed polyester. We replied and asked our friend to toss them. Today. We recently bought new dog bowls for our pack. Delighted to have found USA-made 18/8 stainless that's been tested for radioactive contamination and heavy metals, and without chemical sealer or non-skid coating. Bonus: they arrived with no big sticker glued to the eating surface. We cheered when reading the maker's care instructions about avoiding soaps with Triclosan and bleach. For polishing: use lemon and cream of tartar or vinegar and baking soda. Bravo, Basis Pet!
