Glow in The Dark Garden | DiyReal.com - didn't know there was glow in the dark paint. I love this idea, especially for our neighborhood. City ordinance, no street lights, so somewhat dark, will have to paint the pathway - so cool

The 'system' is super simple. All we have to do is grab some 2-liter plastic bottles, punch 2 holes into the sides and 2 into the bottom, and plant said bottles next to our plants. Fill them with water and our plants will get that slow watering they prefer. For more information about the project, visit Fine Craft Guild.

Morning glory porch screen -- You can't eat morning glories but you can use this idea to grow green bean plants that run, such as pole beans or half runners. It will make it easier to pick them plus provide some shade and privacy on your porch.

So easy to make! Lowes sells the 4 to 6" round PVC pipe with holes already drilled. Purchase an end cap, fill with rock, soil, and plant. I will often put these in the center of a very large pot to stabilize, and add amazing height and color to a container that has trailing plants (no end cap or rock needed if you are placing in a container)
