There will be different amounts of money that can be used to then "buy" things from the treasure box. So like $5 to buy something small, $10 to buy a medium size item, and $20 to buy something big! Or even use them to buy things like a free jean day, extra computer time, etc.

First day project: Friend Tree. Everyone puts their thumb print on the tree then teacher later frames it and hangs it as a reminder that we are all friends. I could even use it at open house and let the parents join us since we're all a team.
