Why didn't I think of this before....
Tony's Crawfish Etouffee - I used crawfish & shrimp leftover from a crawfish boil and added some sausage.. If you do what I did, no need for all of the seasoning the recipe calls for. I started with 1TBS and added a little more for taste as I went.
