Here's a little commission job for the city clerk of Paris,Ky, Ms. Stephanie Settles. A really nice lady. It is titled "Insight of Paris" and is taken from another painting that I did two years ago! Insight to Glory! This one has a lot more meaning for the people of Paris Ky.

I've been working on a pair of paintings, just for the Motorcycle Boys! The pair is called "Dream Rider". This is the first of the two, The 1929 Harley, the next is a 1919 Indian. They match perfectly, but man, is there a lot of detail in these babies! I would call this more like illustration than painting! They are 16" x 24" Acrylic.
This new painting was just a little more detailed than that last one! I spent the whole day painting doors and windows! This is The "American Queen" riverboat, a 16" x 48" Acrylic. Docked at Madison, Ind.
It was indeed difficult, because all of the colors on this rainy, muddy track day had to be muted down! Where there are bright neon colors of the silks, you had to paint them with mud on them! The Painting is 16" x 48" and is of the 2017 KY. Derby with "Always Dreaming" winning! I
Here is a little painting that I did this morning! Took me all of 45 minutes! It is 16" x 48" Acrylic and is painted entirely with a two inch Bob Ross brush! Titled "River Line" Fun stuff!

So, here's that week end project painting that I've been struggling over! It's finally finished, It's 24" x 36" and I'll Titled it "Still, Beauty Remains", The lacing of the leaf was the challenge, and that's an understatement! And the objects under the lace!
