tie dye nail polish You put water in a bowl and drop random colors of nailpolish in it. then you stir it with a toothpick and put petroleum jelly on your fingers, so that the nail polish only gets on your nails. then you stick your fingers in the bowl.
With tape? Paint nails a base color (photo: grey) let dry. Then grab some scotch tape and craft scissors, cut a design along an edge of the tape, tape to your fingernail and apply a second color (picture: black) and you have instant fancy nails!

Rubbing alcohol and scrapbook paper; it transfers the designs onto your nails! I've done this with newspaper, but I never thought to do it with scrap booking paper! And it also works with vodka, if you don't have rubbing alcohol.
