Tons of ways to incorporate this into a workout; you can draw 5 sticks and repeat the exercises in a circuit for 3-5 rounds. You can place the cup at the end of a field, run, grab a stick, do the exercise and repeat. You can play with a friend and alternate drawing exercises until the cup is empty. Anything goes!
