Tomato Relish 1.8kg peeled tomatoes 4 medium brown onions 1 tblsp curry powder 1/2 tblsp mustard powder 450g sugar 6 pinches of cayenne pepper 2 tblsp salt 3 tblsp plain flour mixed with 2 tblsp cold water brown vinegar (enough to barely cover the tomatoes, I used 2/3 cup)
