Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps make a deliciously nutritious light and filling lunch or dinner. Did 1 cup of breadcrumbs instead of 2 and worked just fine, also added radish sticks instead of green onions, and skipped the quinoa and still tasted fabulous!!
