This reminds me of my favorite treat as a kid: Clown ice cream.  Had a scoop for the head, whipped cream for the hair, a cone for the hat, M for the eyes and a cherry for the nose. I obviously still remember everything about it, seems this reat would be easy to make and could be something that kiddos in my life would enjoy thinking about whenever they're adults.  Who knows! :)
