Rosemary Garlic Butter Steaks. With a mortar and pestle, make a paste with 3 cloves garlic, 2 T rosemary, 1 t salt. Rub paste over both sides of steak. Add 3 T butter, 1 T olive oil to a cast iron skillet. Cook 3-4 min and turn. Add splash of red wine and continue to cook. Remove steak when done, continue to reduce contents of skillet until slightly thickened. Pour over steaks.
