Overnight Oats Parfait! 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats 3 cups unsweetened Almond Milk 1 cup Greek Yogurt 2 TBSP Chia Seeds 1 TBSP THM Sweet Blend 1/8 + 1/4 tsp THM Stevia Mix all ingredients together and divide into 6 jars with a 2/3 cup scoop. Top with 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries. Put in fridge overnight and enjoy!! 5 g Fat, 34g Carbs, 11g Protein.
"Daniel's Awesome waffles" 8 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese 4 eggs and 1/4 to 1/2 cup egg whites,6 Tbsp oat fiber Sweetener to taste we used Truvia packets 2 tsp vaniila 2 1/2 tsp Glucomannan or Xantham gum 1 Tbsp coconut oil2 Tbsp bacon grease melted 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and soda. Beat egg whites until light and fluffy with soft peaks. Mix everything else together and fold in the egg whites. Pour onto heated waffle iron that is slathered in butter.
