"cheat days" ARE important! BUT this is why i only allow myself ONE cheat MEAL a week! i feel terribly guilty after a cheat meal, i couldn't imagine a cheat day! but it does happen and cheat days do work for some people..just not myself...and if you feel like this, move on. one day of eating bad wont make you fat, just like one day of eating healthy wont make you skinny :)

This is so important. Everybody has those "cheat" days and they can make you feel awful. Keep going and move on! Need to remember this!
