Cilantro Chili Chicken Skewers. Olive oil, garlic, cilantro in a food processor. Pour marinade over chicken cut into cubes. Marinate overnight if possible. Grill on skewers. Brush with sweet chili sauce just before taking off the grill.

Asian Salad - I made this omitting the chicken. It's a very pretty/visually appealing salad. I used a medium-sized shallot in the dressing and it was way too strong. Next time I will add the shallot gradually until the dressing tastes right to me.
