12/14/12: Lean N' Sexy Arms-I adapted the workout as follows (I used 10, 8 and 5lb weights) and repeated 3 x through. The first round I did 20 squats after each exercise so I got in my 80+ squats for the day. Round 2 - I did 25 jump rope skips after each exercise and Round 3- I did 10 jumping jacks after each exercise. It took me a total of 48 minutes to complete the entire workout.

Tone arms

this workout is SO easy and it only takes 2O minutes; the workout: - 15 jumping jacks - 30 second plank- 25 side crunches - another 30 second plank- 2 5 scissor kicks- 35 sit ups -20 high kicks- 3 min of dancing or running -15 squats.
