Diary-free coconut ice-cream. I think you could covert this to raw (! not vegan however) by dissolving the gelatine in a bit of hot water / a small amount of heated almond milk so you don't lose the raw almond milk qualities. You can also use scraped vanilla seeds instead of vanilla essence.
