Boil water in med skillet, add quinoa. Turn to med, cover, simmer 12 min. Remove from heat to cool. Combine fruits & cucumber in bowl. Whisk other ingredients in separate bowl, except basil. Combine basil & liquids, mix half liquids into quinoa. Combine quinoa with fruit and serve with rest of liquid.
