Sabina PDO is an ancient italian olive oil. It is produced in the Sabine, an area located north of Rome and is obtained from a variety of olives, including Carboncella, Leccino, Raja, Frantoio, Olivastrone, Moraiolo, Olivago, Salviana and Rosciola.
