Blueberry jam without pectin or white sugar! This is such an awesome recipe that I will use over and over again! It is a nice small batch, not pectin and it sets up just like traditional jam, WONDERFUL!!!
Caramel Apple Jam ~ The brown sugar gives the jam a wonderful caramel taste. Made today and turned out very good. Used honey crisp apples and put a scant tsp of lemon juice in each jar before filling. Definetely will pass this receipe on
Crockpot strawberry jam...I like the idea of adding a grated apple or two as a natural source of pectin. (This pin's link is better than the first one I found! This one is a direct link to the recipe page. Can't wait to make this soon!)
