Grilled Salmon with Cucumber-Yogurt Salad 2 cucumbers, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, cut 1/4-inch slices 1 c plain yogurt 1/2 small clove garlic, minced 1 tsp dried dill or 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill Salt & pepper 1. In a med bowl, mix cucumbers, yogurt, garlic & dill, mix well. Cover & refrigerate 15 min or up to 6 hrs. Season cucumber salad with salt and pepper before serving.
