3 scoops Vega One protein powder 3 Eggs (whole or whites) 3 Banana 1 Tbsp Honey 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1 tsp Baking soda Optional - chocolate chips Play around with the ratio of powder:egg:banana to change the texture of the muffin. More eggs will give it a more spongy firm texture. More banana will make it more moist like a brownie and also more sweet tasting. More powder with make them rise more. And the baking soda causes the top to separate into those beautiful valleys.
