It is a low carb healthy alternative to pasta....Here I made 2 different recipes....1 I made with lemon sauce w/ shrimp and capers...the other I made with italian sausage and spaghetti sauce. Just bake spaghetti sqaush for approx 35 min cut in half face down....when done scrape with a fork to get the "noodles" out. and prepare as you would any pasta dish!
