I've tried all kinds of diets...they don't work. Now I eat the foods I want when i want, but keep track using myfitnesspal and have lost 13 pounds in a month and a half. I was seriously overeating, and just by tracking the stuff with this App, i've dropped 1000 - 1500 calories/day and am not hungry. Still have burgers and fries at times...just realize it takes more out of my daily calorie BANK than a turkey sandwich., and make the necessary adjustments to other meals. LOVE IT!
