This is a very quick pizza dough recipe. You will not need to let it rise. As soon as you are done with the dough, you can stretch it and add your favorite toppings, thats it! INGREDIENTS: - 3/4 cup of warn water - 1 tablespoon of dry milk (optional) - 1 teaspoon of sugar - 1 packet of rapid rise yeast (or 1 tablespoon if you buy the big container of rapid rise yeast) - 1 3/4 cup od bread flour (you might need more) - 1/4 teaspoon of salt - 1 teaspoon of olive oil, plus more to brush the baking pan If you have a pizza stone, which will make your pizza super crispy, make sure you warm the stone up on a 500 degree stove before you start making the dough. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. In a small bowl add warm water and dry milk and mix it well (if you are not using dry milk just skip this step). Add the water mixture into your KitchenAid Mixer bowl and add sugar, whisk it well. Sprinkle your yeast and give it a quick whisk. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, your yeast mixture should be very bubbly. Attach the hook attachment in the KitchenAid Mixer and start it on low speed. Add olive oil and start adding the flour and salt, making sure you add flour little by little. The right texture for the dough will be soft but not sticky. The right way to check it is to add a little flour, let it mix then get a tiny piece of the dough and hold it between your thumb and index finger, if it feels soft and not sticky its time to let the kitchenAid Mixer do all the work, if not, add little more flour and test the dough again until you achieve the perfect texture. Let the hook work your dough for at least 10 minutes. Flour a clean surface and with the rolling pin you will stretch your dough on the shape of your favorite baking pan, (I like to use a cookie sheet) flipping the dough around and flouring the surface every time. Once the dough is stretched enough (very thin because It will rise in the oven) its time to grease the cookie sheet with a good amount of olive oil. Carefully, you can roll the dough on your rolling pin, and unroll it over the baking pan. I like to have edges so I roll the dough all around the pizza, but if you don’t, all you have to do is cut it off with a knife. Make sure you brush off all the extra flour from the dough, because flour will prevent the dough to turn golden brown. I like to pre bake before, just to give a nice color to my pizza, so I put my dough without any filling into the oven when its warming up for a couple minutes, just until it feels a little dry, but still pale. After that, you can add your favorite tomato sauce and favorite fillings, into the oven it goes until golden brown on the bottom, and your pizza is ready.
