Actually The Boxcar Children's books are the first little chapter books I remember reading. We used to go to the bookmoblie to check out books in our small town...
Gertrude Chandler Warner: The Boxcar Children....these were my favorite books when I was in elementary school!
The Boxcar Children. A children book I read in elementary school, tells the story of four orphaned children, Henry, Jessie, Violet, and Benny. They create a home for themselves in an abandoned boxcar in the forest.
The Boxcar Children: the first in a long series of chapter books for early chapter book readers following the exploits of a group of brothers and sisters and their boxcar. I didn't much care for the series; it's not great literature. But my daughter absolutely loved it and read and reread every one as a child and she's a well-adjusted adult to this day, so it did her no harm. My favorite book of all time..
The Boxcar Children - another childhood favorite. We read this in 4th grade. I love this Book :)
The Boxcar Children Books. Every day in 2nd grade Mrs. Powell would read these to us.
The Boxcar Children (Book 1) Gertrude Chandler Warner (a childhood favorite)
The Boxcar Children - my absolute favorite book in elementary school

Taking duplicate book covers, dust covers and/or color copies of book covers and framing them to go in the library
Simply wonderful. One of my all time favorite books. I've read it maybe a dozen times. Plus, I love this cover.
To Kill a Mockingbird. Read banned books! This is my all time favorite book. How dare they ban great novels!
My all-time favorite book. I first read it in my all-white 6th grade class in Charleston, with a racist teacher who mispronounced the name of every single African-American character. I don't think she understood the book, do you?
My all time favorite book. I have 5 copies; one first edition. Every time I see it, I buy another.
One of my all time favorite books. The Great American Novel if there ever was one.
To Kill a Mockingbird - My all time favorite book!

Sarah's Key #sarahskey A great WWII book from the point of view of a jewish child living in France, and a present day journalist researching WWII.
Sarah's Key. My most favorite book. Everyone should read it. Very exciting, educational, suspenseful, and unpredictable
Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay - This is one of my favorite books so far. It was incredibly sad to read but really good too. It's one of those books that sticks with you.
My favorite book of all time: Sarah's Key. About a girl's unforgettable journey during the Holocaust
Such an amazing book. Sarahs Key - She closed the door on the little white face, turned the key in the lock. Then she slipped the key into her pocket. The lock was hidden by a pivoting device shaped like a light switch. It was impossible to see the outline of the cupboard in the paneling of the wall. Yes, he’d be safe there. She was sure of it. The girl murmured his name and laid her palm flat on the wooden panel. “I’ll come back for you later. I promise.” -From Sarah’s Key, page 9-
Sarah's Key: A Novel Book club August 2012 Read it if you haven't yet!

GREAT alternative to the Twilight series... This is a monster of a book, with small typeset. Wear your reading glasses! #books #reading #elizabeth #kostova
Late one night, exploring her father's library, a young woman finds an ancient book and a cache of yellowing letters addressed ominously to 'My dear and unfortunate successor'. Her discovery plunges her into a world she never dreamed of and a hunt for the truth about Vlad the Impaler, the medieval ruler whose barbarous reign formed the basis of the Dracula myth
Obvs the whole HP series

This was my favorite book in the Hunger Games trilogy!! Catching Fire (Book 2 of The Hunger Games) by Suzanne Collins
The Hunger Games Trilogy. Book #1 'The Hunger Games'. Book #2 'Catching Fire'. Book #3 'Mockingjay'. By Suzanne Collins.
The second book in the Hunger Games trilogy, Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins highlights Katniss Everdeen's return to the Hunger Games as a rebellion against the Capitol has taken center stage.
The Hunger Games Trilogy. Book #1 'The Hunger Games'. Book #2 'Catching Fire'. Book #3 'Mockingjay'. By Suzanne Collins. Hunger Games is about an annual event that takes place every year. There are 12 districts and one boy and one girl from every district must be picked to take part of the events.
Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins - The second book of the Hunger Games Trilogy. Fast pace and good twists. Me likey! ☆☆☆☆☆
Just finished reading Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. The second book in the Hunger Games series.
Catching Fire (2nd book of Hunger Games trilogy) - 2.5 stars. This book has the unfortunate position of being the second book in a trilogy. You've got "let-down" from the adventure of the first book and "build-up" for the adventures of the final book. The author really missed an opportunity to describe the districts in detail in this book. She glosses over the victory tour instead of giving the reader the details he craves. (con't)
Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins -- the 2nd book in the Hunger Games Series.
so.good. can't wait for the movie
