I personally believe its the little things that add up to make a transformation. Take the stairs, instead of the elevator. Day off? Go for a bike ride, then veg out and watch movies. Its a balance, and its making working out fun. When you swim, kayak, walk and do yard work you are working muscles... Im a firm believer in walking and random fun activities. -GP
