Bisquick Coffee Cake...just like grandma used to make when the recipe was still on the box.  I'm making it allergen free by trading the egg for applesauce, soy milk instead of milk, and coconut oil for butter.

German soft pretzel sticks are a tad sweet , golden brown and delicious. Makes enough for a party as an appetizer and great for super bowl food or the game.

Healthy cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR!
