Way to own yourself and your own sacred space!

This is my busy. I will not apologize. I lied and said I was busy. I was busy; but not in a way most people understand. I was busy taking deeper taking deeper breaths.

division dice roll: 1) Give students centimeter grid paper and a numbered or regular die. 2) Have them roll a die. The number on the die tells you how many rows there will be in the array. 3) Have them roll the die again. This is the number of X's they will draw in each row. 4) After they draw the array, have them write one related multiplication and division fact.

A little game to help students better understand division and practice writing number sentence fact families for multiplication and division.

How to wash a body pillow 1. Use warm or cold water, but never hot. 2. Wash alone 3. Dont use a detergent that contains chlorine or bleach. Use a single cap-full of gentle detergent. 4. Tumble dry. Do not use high heat. To help keep the inner stuffing fluffy, add 2-3 tennis balls. As they roll around, they'll pound against the material and help it to maintain its structure. 5. Once completely dry, fluff manually (use pillow cover so it doesnt get dirty)

Like any bedding item, body pillows can be washed to remove dirt, oil, and other debris.
