    recipe:: 2 C. flour, 1 C. sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda, 5 Tbsp. cocoa powder /unsweetened, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 C. water, 1 1/2 C. mayonaise ( have used miracle whip in a pinch) 1. mix together flour,sugar, baking soda, and cocoa 2. add the water and mayonaose and stir well 3. add vanilla last and stir to combine all ingredients well 4. put in well greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. bake for 40 -45 mins. at 350 degrees. enjoy . use any frosting you prefer or dust with powdered sugar.
