Cherry Cream Cheese with Cresent rolls. Preheat to 350. Use 1 1/4 can of cresant rolls for bottom of candy cane-remaining 2/4 for stripes on top. Mix 1 (8oz) cream chese, 1/4 powdered sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread over dough. Top with cherry pie filling. Arrange remaing dough in stripe pattern. Bake for 25-30 min till golden. For glaze 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 tsp milk.
Turn mints into a serving tray! Just arrange on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Then let completely cool at room temperature. After your party, break and keep in a candy jar! Great idea for a plate of cookies you don't have to get back. Love this for delivering Christmas cookies.
