Foil tags and die cuts using foil tape available in any hardware store and even Walmart (in paint aisle). Emboss after applying tape to cardstock, then use die cut. You can use alcohol ink to color.

    tried this, didn't work. i even placed a brick on the plate in the oven. warp was still there, the indented paper was still there too.

    I have tried it and worked for me.the paper came off too.....didn't stay straight for long though

Cool technique - emboss the card, leave in embossing folder and use crayon to cover all embossed spots with crayon, then use ink(s) to add color to rest of card. Crayon will not take up ink.
