Crispy "Everything" Kale Chips Recipe. Made these today after getting a giant bundle of kale at the farmer's market. This is the best recipe yet due to all the spice suggestions. Notes: upped temp to 350. Roasted each batch for about 12-15 minutes on bottom rack to make extra crispy. Used every seasoning except poppy seeds and parm. The kids ate 2 batches in one sitting. ;D
The Best Banana Bread (ever.) J's review: 8.5 / 10 I don't know about 'ever', but this was definitely the moistest banana bread recipe I've made, and the flavour was really nice. My bananas weren't terribly ripe though, so I'm hoping that the next time I make it (with super ripe ones) it will hit 9 or 9.5 out of 10! I used sour cream instead of yogurt & sprinkled some cinnamon & brown sugar on top for a sweet crunch. This recipe is a keeper, for sure.
